Homeschooling in Colorado

Colorado law recognizes several pathways for home-based education. Families may operate as an independent home school, enroll in a private umbrella school, or partner with a public program like Everest Point through Ed ReEnvisioned BOCES.

How Everest Point fits

Everest Point supplements what you do at home. Parents remain the primary teachers; we provide one full day per week of hands-on classes, community, and enrichment your student wouldn't easily replicate solo.

What we do not do

  • Grade or manage your at-home curriculum
  • Replace your role as the primary educator
  • Provide full-time childcare
